Welcome!

Taking the first step toward making significant life changes can be daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. As a dedicated licensed clinical therapist and Harvard Certified Executive Coach, I am here to guide you on your journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Our collaborative work will delve into the depths of your innermost thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, revealing how these elements shape your relationships and experiences both personally and professionally.

I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share openly, fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance. My unique educational background, combining nutrition and psychology, allows me to emphasize a holistic perspective on health and well-being, encompassing the mind, body, and soul (gut) connection. Together, we will explore early experiences and behavioral patterns to cultivate profound self-awareness and insight, empowering you to uncover the ways you construct meaning in your life, facilitating personal transformation and growth.

As an executive coach, I support leaders and professionals in enhancing their emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and strategic thinking. I assist you in navigating complex organizational dynamics and driving meaningful change within your teams and companies, ensuring that you can achieve your fullest potential.

Let's embark on this journey together, unlocking your potential and fostering growth in all aspects of your life.

Personal Journey

My extensive professional experience in the medical field, working alongside scientists, physicians, and executives, has profoundly enriched my understanding of the intricate connections between physical health, psychological well-being, career identity over-identification, and burnout. These insights have equipped me with a comprehensive perspective that informs my therapeutic approach and executive coaching.

My personal journey has been marked by significant challenges and resilience. Growing up under communism in Albania and living through the turmoil of civil war have instilled in me a deep sense of empathy and strength. As a first-generation immigrant in America, I have navigated the complexities of cultural adaptation and identity, which has profoundly shaped my counseling philosophy. These experiences have cultivated a compassionate, multicultural approach in my practice, allowing me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and understand their unique struggles and triumphs.

I prioritize advocating for clients both within and beyond the therapeutic space, ensuring they feel supported and empowered on their path to healing and growth. My commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive environment enables clients to explore their identities, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful personal and professional transformation.

Fun Facts:

When I'm not diving into deep conversations with my clients, you’ll find me savoring the little joys of life with my family. Whether I'm discovering the coziest new coffee shops, pretending to be a tennis pro on the courts, hiking up beautiful trails, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen (total foodie here!), or getting lost in a captivating novel, I'm all about embracing the moment. I have a serious travel bug—there’s nothing like immersing myself in different cultures and meeting incredible people. In a parallel universe, I'd probably be a food critic, combining my love for delectable food, fascinating people, and thrilling adventures.
